Hey guys, I found a bunch of culture jamming just looking in google and other pages... I just thought this was a good example of 4 different ones put all together! They are pretty obvious, which I think the point is. I shall keep looking for more!

These culture jams are definetly reflective of the consumer culture that we are living in, and the cultural ideals we follow. It can be linked one of the media theories, reflection. Work, buy, consume and die are of cultural value, and are products of the dominant discourse. By incorporating recongizable images like McDonalds, BMW, Heiny beer and the other one (I don't recongize it)to the ideologies that Westerners follow, the perpetual cycle of life (of a Westerner) is just made more clear. (sad but true)
